Abstract

The fifth and sixth procedures developed for implementing the model are the ones related to the functions OPTIMIZING and PROTECTING, which are validated in the case study firms and aim to use efficaciously and efficiently and protect the technological patrimony of the firm, from organizational solutions and the
implementation of actions related to intellectual property, respectively.
