LA UTILIZACION DE LA MATRIZ GE EN LA EVALUACION DE PRODUCTOS CIENTIFICOS: UN CASO DE TRANSFERENCIA DE LA INDUSTRIA AL SECTOR DE LA CIENCIA

Abstract

General Electric Matrix was applied to eight products generated by a research centre of the
Ministry of Superior Education system in order to validate the transfer of an industry coming product
evaluative tool. This application permited to know its potentialities and limitations as well as to improve
analytical and strategical management possibilities. Besides, this model is not only favourable to be
applied on new products but for periodical monitoring as well.
