ALGUNAS REFLEXIONES SOBRE EL PROCESO DE TRANSFERENCIA DE TECNOLOGIAS EN LA GANADERIA CUBANA

Abstract

The factors that mediate and/or hinder the technology transfer process towards the livestock sector are analyzed in the present paper from a sociological perspective. Its main goal is to promote or invite, from a non-technical point of view, to think about how to tackle this problematic with regard to the productive process. Some aspects are analyzed here such as the loss of customs and habits, the structure of livestock organization, among others, which are essencially related to the performers who directly or indirectly take part in the technolgy introduction adoption process. This paper is a proposal for the analysis of the subjective factors that have a great effect on the refered process.
