Abstract

A training management model for managers and members of Cuban livestock firm was designed based in the
situation of Cuban livestock and, in general, in the agriculture and influenced by the no existence of adequate
procedures to management the training in this sector. The different specific procedures were emanate of needs
of methodological character of this model to management training in a logical sequence; it is necessary to do
the diagnostic of firm with the objective of determining the existent problems, following by the diagnostic of
training process with the objective of knowing as it realize and their limitations. It is concluded that for
implementing this model is necessary realize a serie of specific procedures, having as starting point the firm
diagnostic and the own process which are key to identify the training needs, the planification of process and
its following and evaluation.
