EVALUACIÓN DE LA INTERACCIÓN CONSERVANTE-MIEL FINAL SOBRE LA CALIDAD FERMENTATIVA DE LOS ENSILAJES DE LA GUINEA CV. LIKONI
Keywords:
Silage, conservant, final molasses, guineaAbstract
Behaviour of the fermentative indicators when a chemical conservant and a supplementary source of solubles carbohydrates are interacting simultaneously during the conservation as silage of the guineagrass cv. Likoni was studied. The treatments were: sodium nitrit at 0,5; 1 and 2 kg/t and benzoic acid at 2; 3 and 4 kg/t. Every dose were evaluated also, with the use of 0, 10 and 20 kg of final molasses/t The results were analyzed through a mathematic modelation of type:
y = a + bx + cz + dx2 + ez2 + fxz
The inclusion of final molasses did not proportionate lower values of pH in the silages. The N-NH3/Nt (%) presented the best contents when, besides the conservants, 10 kg of final molasses were added. The lactic and acetic acids showed inverse responses because when one of them increased, the other ones decreased, Concentrations of butiric acids was not detected. The final molasses play an important rol in the conservation because, showed a complementary action in the controller activity that perform the conservants on the fermentations.
